Global Reliability Technology Conferences takes place on 22-23 April 2010 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Global Reliability Technology Conferences are held in emerging markets for corporate management at the strategic level, combining both business and technical aspects of building a reliable eCommerce structure. The sessions are for those interested in discussing and benchmarking strategies and accepted methodologies for implementing a complete IT system reliability structure under their command.
The main conference target is the application of Fortune 100 Reliability strategies into corporations and governments around the globe with ongoing advisory support when needed. Strategies to achieve positive NPV as well as an MIRR well above WACC for the life of the Reliability project to gain Board approval.

Applicable Case Study Discussion showing theory of vertical hiring model by discipline. Identifying the critical leader for the group and the proper organizational and reporting structure for the group.

14:00 – Key Reliability Coding Best Practices for eCommerce Sites – Technical walk through of the 10 most important best practices for maintaining a reliable eCommerce site. Examples of defensive coding implementations as well as real world scenarios and strategies for indoctrinating your development team with a mindset for consistently developing highly available applications.
15:30 – Application/Business Process/Customer Experience Monitoring – Utilizing BPM/CEM for staying ahead of Reliability. The advantages of application level monitoring, whether proprietary monitoring or out of the box internal monitoring. Triage and remediation management. Key remediation methods and executive reporting strategies to accurately track improvements at the enterprise level.
16:30 – Breakout Group Planning & Panel Discussion – Unique breakout session with the keynote and a panel of Fortune 100 Technical Fellows designed to analyze the specific questions of our attendees.
