From Johannesburg you can take the N3 towards Durban. After Tugela Plaza you take the interchange 230, turn left towards Ladysmith and take the R600 on the right - sign is clearly posted. From Durban you can take the N3 towards Johannesburg, then exit at the interchange 194, left towards Bergville you continue through Winterton and take the R600 on right - sign is clearly posted.
